Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast 
  • 1/2 cup warm water 
  • 2 cups biscuit mix 
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Cooking Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Beat thoroughly. Knead on lightly floured board until dough is smooth and elastic. Cut dough in half. Roll thin. Place on two 12" pizza pans. Flute edges. Cook with pizza filing in hot oven at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
