Add Butter, Worcestershire Sauce and Soy sauce to wok and heat.
Add beef to wok and cook until the desired doneness. Meat can be less done because you will cook it more with the vegetables.
Add Five Spice and garlic then stir well.
Add peppers and onions do not stir. Cover and let steam until the peppers start to soften.
Remove lid and mix together. Let cook for a couple minutes.
Serve over rice.
