Ingredients

<ul><li>1 tsp tomato paste </li>
<li>1 tbsp melted butter </li>
<li>1/2 tsp garlic powder </li>
<li>1/4 tsp paprika </li>
<li>1 1/4 cups mayonnaise </li>
<li>1 tsp white sugar </li>
<li>1 pinch cayenne pepper </li>
<li>1/4 cup water</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
