Ingredients

<ul><li>2 or 3 pounds Ground Beef&nbsp;</li>
<li>1 Stack pack of Saltine Cracker&nbsp;</li>
<li>1 onion chopped&nbsp;</li>
<li>Salt&nbsp;</li>
<li>Chili Powder (Mexene preferred) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Garlic powder</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

<p>Fill a large pot with about 2 quarts of water and add salt. Bring to a boil.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While water is heating, brown ground beef with onion. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Drain beef and onion. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Crush a stack pack of Saltine Crackers into a fine flour-like powder. Using a rolling pin and wax paper is the preferred method. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Stir the crackers into the meet and onions. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Once mixed well add the meat and cracker mixture into the boiling water. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Add a lot of chili powder and garlic powder. Chili powder and garlic should be added to taste,&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>More salt maybe needed.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cook until thickened. &nbsp;</p>
