<ul><li>1 pound Black eyed peas. </li><li>Water </li><li>1 onion diced </li><li>3 slices of bacon </li><li>Salt </li><li>Pepper</li></ul>
Cooking Instructions
<p>Add Black eyed peas to 2 quart in a stock pot. </p>

<p>Add bacon and onion. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Add salt and pepper to taste. You can always add more salt after cooking. </p>

<p>Bring to a boil. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Reduce heat, cover and simmer until peas or done. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Add more water as needed. </p>
