<ul><li>1 pound Black eyed peas.&nbsp;</li><li>Water&nbsp;</li><li>1 onion diced&nbsp;</li><li>3 slices of bacon&nbsp;</li><li>Salt&nbsp;</li><li>Pepper</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

<p>Add Black eyed peas to 2 quart in a stock pot.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Add bacon and onion.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Add salt and pepper to taste. You can always add more salt after cooking. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Bring to a boil. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Reduce heat, cover and simmer until peas or done. &nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Add more water as needed. &nbsp;</p>
