Ingredients
<ul><li>1 tbsp. olive oil </li>
<li>2 tbsp. mayonnaise </li>
<li>2 tbsp. sour cream </li>
<li>2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped </li>
<li>2 tsp. Dijon mustard </li>
<li>1 tsp. white wine vinegar </li>
<li>1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper</li></ul>
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Serve on the side or drizzle on top of freshly cooked crab cakes.
